ANTHONY COSGROVE

In the two decades since he first picked up a guitar, music has become a way of life for Tony. He started writing his own songs at 16, igniting a desire to perform. He has been the lead singer and guitarist for several bands from acoustic to hard/modern rock. In addition to performing regionally with his current project, Rise From Ruin (www.risefromruinonline.com), Tony plays guitar for the worship team of Lifegate Church and serves as a worship leader for the youth group. Recording and producing his own music as well as other local artists is one of Tony’s most recent endeavors. Whether it is in his recording studio, on stage, or in a lesson, seeing music become an essential element in the lives of others is Tony’s passion. When he is not obsessing over a melody in his head, he can be found spending time with his beautiful wife and three daughters, fishing, playing paintball, or beating someone in chess.
