Drawing & Painting Class FOR ADULTS

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

In this weekly class, students will explore the essential foundations of drawing and painting while developing their own creative style. Whether you are brand new to art or an experienced creator looking to strengthen your skills, this course offers a supportive and inspiring environment for growth.

Students may choose their preferred subject matter such as landscape, still life, portrait, animal, or abstract as the focus of an 11” x 14” artwork. With personalized guidance and step-by-step instruction, you will learn key techniques in composition, value, shading, color mixing, layering, and brushwork or pencil work based on your chosen medium.

Create a piece you are proud of and gain confidence in both drawing and painting, setting you up for continued creativity in future sessions.

This class consists of one 120-minute session per week, and there are no make-up sessions if a student is absent and cannot attend.

COST: $180.00 per month

WHEN: Mondays, 9:30 am-11:30 am starting January.

AGES: Adults (18+)

WHAT TO BRING: All supplies and materials are provided for each student and will be ready when you arrive.

CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This class is part of a monthly subscription that automatically renews each month. To end your enrollment, let your instructor know your desired last day or contact our office at office@402artscollective.org or (402)-913-1939.
Months with five sessions will include billing for the fifth session.
