HOW IT WORKS

Once you purchase your studio pass membership online, you will receive a confirmation email that notifies you of your shipped-out Proxy Card. This NFC Proxy Card is what will allow you access to our studio facilities within the time allowed time frames and dates where the studio pass is usable. Once you have received your confirmation email you are ready to go! Studio pass holders can enter and exit the studio facility any time of the day within the open times.

During the sign-up process, you will be asked to review and agree to our rules and regulations for the membership program. Please review these thoroughly and familiarize yourself with them. This being a community building where we all share resources, we all must work together to keep this program available for others. Here are a few of the important details of the program for your review before signing up:

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SIGN UP:

Once we receive your online signup information, we will send you a letter in the mail that contains a physical letter that includes a proxy card. In this letter, there will also be some other important information you will want to read.

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM / 8:00 PM - Midnight

Saturday & Sunday | 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM / 8:00 PM - Midnight

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:

Once you sign up online, you are officially a Studio Pass Member. Your payment method of choice will be charged automatically on the same day of the month according to what day you originally signed up. You may cancel at any time. Once you cancel your membership, your door PIN code will no longer be usable. Subsequently, if a payment is declined, your Proxy Card is deactivated and you no longer have access to the facilities. There are no refunds, or “credits” given. Memberships are sold in monthly increments.

  • The Studio Pass costs $25.00 per month and an automatic payment with an electronic paymnet method setup by the member is required upon signing up. We don not accept cash, or check. The day you initially sign up will be the day your payment is made each subiquent month.

  • Per our terms and conditions, each pass holder is allowed to bring one (1) guest into the studio facilities.

  • Yes! However, every two members of the band will need to be Studio Pass members. For example: If you have a 6 peice band who wants to come rehearse each week in one of our spaces, it will require thee of the six members to subscribe to the monthly membership

  • We have security cameras inside each studio space that records 24/7 including audio. We also can see how enters and exits the building at all times. Safty of each person that comes into our buildings is our utmost priority.

  • Unfortuntately this is not an option. There are a number of reasons for this that include conflict of interests, physical address issues, mailing, liability issues, etc. As far as making our studios an official “office” for a specific business is not possible, however you ARE able to work on your business in our space.
