PAINTING 3D FIGURINES
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
Bring your 3D printed creations to life with color in “Painting 3D Printed Figurines”, a hands-on workshop perfect for hobbyists, modelers, and creatives of all skill levels.
In this workshop, you’ll learn essential techniques for prepping, priming, and painting 3D printed models using acrylic paints. We’ll cover how to smooth layer lines, apply base coats, create shading and highlights, and add fine details to make your figurines pop. You’ll also explore dry brushing, washes, and sealing methods to achieve a professional finish.
Whether you’re customizing game miniatures, designing collectibles, or painting original characters, this session offers step-by-step guidance and creative tips to enhance your figures.
All materials are provided, including sample prints to practice on, but participants are welcome to bring their own 3D printed models.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a beautifully painted figurine and the skills to continue painting your creations at home.
